The Greatest Potato Salad Ever

Substances:

  • 2 kilos child purple potatoes, quartered
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup bitter cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to style
  • 2 celery ribs, diced
  • 3 tablespoons capers, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped recent parsley leaves
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped recent dill
  • 2 inexperienced onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 mushy boiled eggs, quartered

Instructions:
